Support with Education, Employment and Training (EET)
Knowing what steps to take to get back into employment, education or training can be difficult. We understand how overwhelming it can feel trying to make the best choices for your future.
What is it?
Our EET support programmes are designed to help you develop the confidence to take the next step into training, education or work. Our experienced Youth Workers will work with you to understand your interests and motivations, and help you to develop the knowledge and skills to find the best path towards a brighter future.
How does it work?
If you are aged 16-25, we can support you to find the course, apprenticeship, employment, qualifications, volunteering opportunities or work experience which is right for you, based on your interests and needs. Sessions are either 1-2-1 or in small groups, helping you to explore your options and understand your rights and choices. You can sign up yourself, or be referred to us by someone else.
Impact so far
In 2024 – 2025 we worked with (TBC) individual young people across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, many of whom went on to education, employment or training, with 85% reporting improved skills and knowledge, and 82% an increase in confidence.
