Our unique digital heritage experience is a location-aware audio guide, combining original music, narration, sound design and augmented reality to immerse audiences in the rich histories of The Courts. Commissioned by Creative Youth Network, the experience was produced in co-creation with young people and emerging talent working with dBs Pro and Controlled Frenzy.

The experience aims to provoke audiences to consider the role of justice in society. It tells young people’s stories of law and order, judgement and justice in the past; connecting us to today.

The experience lasts up to 60 minutes depending on the journey you take!  The longer you spend with the experience, the deeper you delve.

A small number of devices are available to borrow at The Courts.

It is free to enjoy with the app available on all major app stores and requires headphones which can be borrowed from The Courts reception if you do not have your own. Come down and try it any Monday to Friday 9am – 9pm.

The experience is suitable for all ages so everyone and anyone!
