In 2025, we are on track to directly engage over 2,300 young people in CYN services, with many more individuals reached at our youth hubs, in the community and through partnership work.
Our Impact
In the last year, we supported 2,600 young people together with the South Gloucestershire Youth Work Partnership and The Station, our central Bristol youth hub, saw 3,200 young people come into both CYN and tenanted services.
Many young people are regular attendees, with almost 60% joining us on three or more occasions throughout the year. On average we’ll see a young person at least six times, enabling trusted relationships to be built. We prove this through the delivery of our ‘Trusted Youth Worker’ survey, where 93% of respondents agree to having a trusted adult at Creative Youth Network.
We expect young people to achieve over 3000 positive outcomes with us in 2025. These outcomes are both assessed by our youth workers and practitioners, and self-identified by the young people themselves. Our evaluation aims to foster young people’s voice and sense of achievement through their involvement in survey design and opportunity to provide regular feedback.
