Impact
In 2025, we directly engaged 2,144 young people in our services, with many more individuals reached at our youth hubs, in the community and through partnership work.
Our year in 2025
Young people across Bristol and South Gloucestershire asked for space, trust, and the chance to do things differently. They brought their ideas and lived experience to challenges around safety, mental health, and education—and worked alongside us to respond.
Sessions were co‑designed, spaces reshaped, and ideas tested in real time. Creativity wasn’t an add-on. It was how young people explored challenges, built confidence, and created new ways forward.
At a glance
Last year, together with young people and partners, we:
- Recorded 13,500+ attendances across sessions, programmes, and events
- Worked alongside thousands of young people through youth work, creative activity, and targeted support
- Saw 93% of young people report having a trusted adult they could turn to
- Supported young people to build confidence, develop skills, and move into education, training and work
- Worked in partnership with schools, community organisations, local authorities and creative partners across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

Our priorities in 2025

Supporting mental health
Young people access support in ways that work for them.
Across youth hubs and community settings, they can talk, take part, and connect with trusted adults. Support is flexible—ranging from informal conversations to more structured wellbeing provision—building confidence and helping young people manage challenges over time.
Young people seen by our wellbeing practitioners between May and September reported a 73% reliable improvement and 96% satisfaction rate.

Education, employment and training
Young people need places where they feel comfortable to take part.
Across youth clubs, hubs, and outreach, we create spaces where young people can connect, be creative, and spend time with others. These settings provide a consistent base for relationships, activity, and support.
“[The Station] is good because its big and we can be here with all our friends. It’s safer than when we go to the parks, like the one near my school because there is always trouble. Even if we are walking round town people stare at you and you never know what they are thinking”

Youth participation
Young people are part of shaping what happens.
They contribute ideas, take part in designing activities, and influence how services are delivered. Participation is built into everyday practice, creating opportunities for young people to be heard and involved.
Around 250 young people had their voices heard by decision makers in 2025 and many more gave feedback and ideas to our staff, to design and shape our own sessions, centres and activities.
